"I found these at Macy's but for some reason they did not carry the size 18, in store or on line so the sales clerk told me to go directly to the Lee website and see if they made them in that size. Not only did they make them, but they also carried them in plus sizes. I am 5'3 and ordered the medium length they are very long and I will have to pay to have them hemmed. I probably could have gotten away with the petite length. But, I have never ordered that length before. Decision to send back for a shorter length, or bit the bullet and go to the tailor. So, glad they had them..They have a dressy look to them, tailored look! :)."

"best" fit turned out to be lousy fit

"This was the FIRST time I've ever returned a purchase back as the fit was "odd"; rise was shorter than expected, pockets instead of being close to body puckered out and looked silly and the length fit closer to S than M....sorry folks but this was a "no go". ALL OTHER jeans, trousers, pants, etc have been splendid and for years!"

Looks great but has inconsistent sizing

"These pants look great. I have these pants in 3 different colors in two different sizes. Sizes vary for the different colors:
Black retro wash is true to size
Dark chestnut is smaller - order a size larger
Beechwood is larger - order a size smaller
Dark chestnut is smaller - order a size larger
Beechwood is larger - order a size smaller
Material is very soft and stretchy, but wrinkles very easily throughout the day. Love the stretchy no gap waistband.
Great length."

"I ordered three pairs of jeans of my usual size and OH BOY! they were so SMALL. I ended up giving a pair to my teenaged daughter and returned the other two. I ordered the medium length and they were so short; flats look ridiculous; I can't imagine what the short length is like."

TOO Much material

"If these are supposed to be professional and slimming why then ALL the extra material in the leg. The reminded me of the 1970s fad, and it was a FAD of "elephant leg" pants. These were not flattering then or now. I was very disappointed and sent them back. The extra material in the lower leg defeated the intent of the slimming aspect of the rest of the trouser."

"Love, love, love. Can't say enough. Only downside is that the "short" is a little longer than I'm used to and I'm on the taller side of short (5'3"). But the fit is awesome."

"I have the No Gap Trousers in almost every color. Even though the style changes slightly on occasion, the fit is fabulous. My only problem is with the way that the black fades so quickly to a gray color, but other than that, they are fabulous!"

"When you want a pair of dressier jeans, these are the ones. I wore the indigo pair to school on Jeans Day; when teachers are supposed to pay $2 to wear jeans for the day. My assistant principal said that I shouldn't have to pay the $2 because my jeans looked like nice trousers and not jeans. I was gald to pay anyway:)"

"I've just purchased my second and third pairs of Lee's Platinum Label No Gap Waistband Trousers, and I think they're the greatest. I've got an hourglass shape, so finding pants that fit my hips and my waist is just about impossible. But Lee size 12 short is perfect for me!
I was skeptical that the no gap waist would work, but it does, like a charm. No more paying for alterations. I've had my first pair for more than two years, so it was time to purchase replacements. This time, I bought it in navy and black, and both are terrific."

"I have searched high and low for pants that fit. Thanks to Lee I have found pants that fit with classic detail and design! I have wide hips and thighs with a small waist and these fit perfectly! They are ideal for office or a night out....with a blouse or blazer...very versatile! The fabric and texture add to the appeal of these pants! I had to order one pair in each color! I would love to see them in burgundy and grey...Hint Hint to Lee!!"
